CashLab is an independent, solo-operated Flare blockchain infrastructure operation based in the United States. These terms apply to the CashLab website (this site) and to the delegation of Flare (FLR) tokens to CashLab's validator infrastructure. Contact: hello@cashlab.network.

Delegation is non-custodial

CashLab does not take custody of your tokens. Delegation on Flare is a non-custodial vote-weight signal from your self-controlled wallet to CashLab's on-chain identity. Your tokens never leave your wallet. CashLab has no ability to move, spend, freeze, or otherwise access delegated tokens.

No guarantees on rewards or uptime

Blockchain infrastructure is subject to protocol-level, network-level, and operator-level failure modes. CashLab operates with best-effort reliability and monitoring, but makes no guarantees about reward accrual, feed submission accuracy, uptime, or availability of any specific Flare protocol reward stream. Delegating to CashLab does not create any contract, promise, or fiduciary obligation.

Not financial or investment advice

Nothing on this website or in any CashLab communication is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Cryptocurrency and blockchain rewards involve significant risk of loss. You are responsible for your own decisions about whether to acquire, hold, or delegate Flare tokens.

90-day reward claim expiry

On Flare mainnet, protocol rewards not claimed within 90 days are destroyed by the protocol. This is a Flare protocol rule, not a CashLab policy, but delegators should be aware of it and claim rewards on their own schedule from their own wallet.

Website content

Content on this website is provided "as is." CashLab makes reasonable effort to keep infrastructure claims, on-chain addresses, and operational status accurate, but reserves the right to update or revise this content without notice. Historical claims about future capabilities may become inaccurate over time as infrastructure evolves.

SMS / voice alerts

CashLab operates automated SMS and voice alerts through Twilio for the sole purpose of notifying the operator (the account owner) about the health of CashLab's own Flare infrastructure. These messages are sent exclusively to the operator's own phone number. No third parties (delegators, users, visitors) can subscribe to or receive these alerts. If you receive an SMS claiming to be from CashLab and you are not the operator, it is not a legitimate CashLab message. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Trademarks and third-party references

"Flare," "Songbird," "FTSO," "FDC," and related protocol terminology refer to the Flare Networks Ltd. project and its documented protocols. References on this site do not imply endorsement by or partnership with Flare Networks Ltd. beyond the on-chain relationship established by operating a validator entity on the network.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the operation of CashLab shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
