Privacy Policy

CashLab is an independent, solo-operated Flare blockchain infrastructure operation based in the United States. This privacy policy describes what personal data CashLab collects, uses, and shares. The data controller is CashLab, reachable at hello@cashlab.network.

Data we collect: none, unless you opt in

CashLab does not collect personal data from visitors to this website or from delegators by default. The single exception is the voluntary notification sign-up described in the next section.

• No login or account creation on this site. The only form is the optional auto-claim notification sign-up on the auto-claim page.
• No analytics or tracking cookies (this site does not embed Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, or any equivalent third-party tracker).
• No newsletter, mailing list, or marketing communications.
• Standard server access logs may be retained by our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) for abuse-prevention and DDoS mitigation. CashLab does not process, join, or analyze these logs beyond the aggregate metrics Cloudflare provides.

Auto-claim notification emails (opt-in)

If you choose to sign up for notifications about CashLab's auto-claim executor service, we store the wallet address and email address pair you give us voluntarily through the sign-up form. That data is used for exactly two purposes:

• Claim-outcome notifications, whether an automatic claim for your wallet succeeded or did not complete.
• Stake-expiry reminders, a heads-up before your delegated stake's fixed on-chain end date, since stakes on Flare do not auto-renew.

These emails are notification-only. Your email address is never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used for marketing. It is deleted on request, email hello@cashlab.network from the address you signed up with, or reference your wallet address, and the pair is removed.

Note that authorizing (or removing) a claim executor is an on-chain transaction on the Flare network: your enrollment itself is public and permanent by nature of the blockchain, independent of anything CashLab stores. Only the wallet→email link is held by CashLab, and only if you opt in.

Mobile phone numbers

CashLab does not collect, store, share, or sell mobile phone numbers.

The only phone number involved in any CashLab system is the operator's own personal phone number, which is configured by the operator in the operator's private server environment for receiving self-directed operational alerts about the infrastructure the operator personally runs. This is internal operator tooling, not a service offered to third parties.

No third-party phone numbers, contact lists, or messaging opt-in databases are collected, imported, purchased, or maintained by CashLab under any circumstance.

SMS messaging disclosure

For compliance transparency: CashLab operates automated SMS and voice alerts through Twilio for the sole purpose of notifying the operator (the account owner) about the health of the Flare blockchain infrastructure. These messages are sent exclusively to the operator's own phone number.

• Message frequency: typically 0-20 messages per month; up to a small number in a single incident window.
• Recipients: exclusively the account owner. No customers, delegators, or third parties receive SMS from CashLab.
• Message and data rates may apply through the recipient's mobile carrier.
• Opt-out: reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.

On-chain data

CashLab operates blockchain infrastructure on the Flare network. All on-chain activity CashLab performs (FTSO price submissions, FDC attestations, staking, delegation processing) is public and permanent by nature of the blockchain. Delegators to CashLab remain in full custody of their own tokens; CashLab does not take custody, does not have access to delegator wallets, and does not receive personally identifying information from delegators.

Third parties

CashLab's website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare's privacy policy governs their independent handling of any request-level metadata: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

CashLab's operational alerting uses Twilio (SMS/voice) and Discord (webhook logs), both of which are configured to receive messages generated by CashLab's own systems and directed to CashLab's own operator. Their independent privacy practices apply to their own handling of that traffic.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top will be updated. If a change materially affects how opt-in notification data is used, sign-ups on file at that time will be notified at the email address they provided before the change takes effect.
